Everyone and every experience is unique and different. Some areas of focus can be combined into one session and others are best focused on in separate sessions.
This modality of therapy follows the onion analogy where we're taking layers off when working through different issues. Often times getting to the root cause of one issue exposes another that needs to be addressed. This modality of therapy is quick and effective but is not a pill or a band-aid for symptoms. I recommend multiple sessions for maximum change.
